Banking Operations Analyst (Contract)

Location: Jurong East

• Handle Ref Data authoriser role to check and ensure that the security counter creation for SG and Global countries are verified and setup correctly.
• Ensure daily AM/PM price upload verification and follow up to check and investigate daily AM/PM exception report are completed timely.
• Manage ad-hoc asset transfer request
• Perform GLAO certification for cash checker
• Key cover for daily cash reconciliation for Nostro and Clearing breaks which include BS3, CDP Batch, NCS and MAS.
• Handle enquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain high standard of service quality.
• SG Holiday support for new ISIN creation
• To ensure the EOD PM price checks are completed by 6.45pm.
• For unavailability of price feed from Bloomberg, manual effort required to obtain prices from 2nd vendor and manually upload into NCSP for the purpose of AUC reporting, client statement and Billing.
• Team requires both maker and checker role for Ref Data processing and to meet system cut-off timings and EOM processing.
