Research and Development | Assistant Executive | 6 Months Contract Job

Working Days & Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Working Attire: Office Wear

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the programme team and external vendors to support the smooth running of the study.
• Coordinate the participant recruitment process, including selection, scheduling, enrollment, and onboarding.
• Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient study operations.
• Assist in participant engagement and provide support in addressing queries or concerns in collaboration with the Cohort Management team.

Education Level:

• Minimum Diploma Certificate

Requirements:

• Able to commit for full contract duration (6 Months)
• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook & Word
• Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
• Possess a minimum of 2 – 3 years of relevant hands-on working experience working with vendors and running research studies/large scale programme management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
