Projects are mainly based in Singapore, and involves civil, mechanical and electrical works.

• Project Planning & Management: Assist in coordination and management of construction activities. Collaborate with all stakeholders for the execution of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Construction Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure they align with the project specifications, approved drawings, regulatory standards and delivery timelines. Manage and coordinate the work of contractors and subcontractors. Troubleshoot and provide resolution to any site issues.
• Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that construction materials and workmanship meet standards. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality issues.
• Material Management: Oversee procurement of construction materials, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Oversee inventory and storage of materials on-site.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including but not limited to shop drawings, safety documents, project schedules, licensing and regulatory documentation, and reports, etc. Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Health & Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Conduct safety inspections and address any hazards or non-compliance issues.

• Recognised Diploma or Degree in Building, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCad and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently, possess good technical knowledge, and has strong project management and communication skills.
