Job Overview

We are looking for a Site Manager / Project Manager to oversee industrial building projects from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily site operations, project execution, and construction activities
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Monitor project progress, schedule, quality, and safety compliance
Lead site teams and ensure smooth coordination across all disciplines
Attend site meetings and resolve technical/site coordination issues
Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, and workplace safety regulations
Review project schedules, manpower planning, and work sequencing
Manage project documentation, reports, and submissions
Support testing, commissioning, handover, and project completion activities

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline
Experience managing industrial building projects under main contractor environment
Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, logistics, cleanroom, or data centre projects is advantageous
Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills
Strong leadership and site management capabilities
Familiar with Singapore construction regulations and safety requirements
