Marketing Associate

You'll have the opportunity to be involved in driving the Company's marketing efforts for its three brands, The Atelier & Co, The Wedding Atelier, and The Floral Atelier.

• Identify and analyze target audiences, objectives and outcomes of marketing campaigns.
• Perform market and competitor research and analysis, synthesize insights, generate market and competitive analysis reports for management.
• ideate, create, execute, manage performance marketing campaigns.
• Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing platforms (google ads, Meta ads, social channels).
• Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends in the luxury industry.
• Execute and manage KOL/influencer campaigns.
• Execute and manage traditional marketing campaigns including pop-ups, partnerships, collaborations, in-store VM displays, sponsorships, paid and earned public relations campaigns
• Set, evaluate, analyze, draw insights from marketing performance and results and draw insights to inform future campaign improvement plans

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, psychology, or business-related fields.
• 5 - 7 years of relevant marketing experience, luxury brands preferred.
• Strong analytics skills and demonstrated track record in marketing analytics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
• Experience with both social media and digital marketing.
• Track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns.

• Basic Monthly Salary: SGD3,800 - SGD4,300
