Job Summary
You will inspect cable harness assemblies and E boxes by performing continuity, insulation, and visual tests to ensure quality standards. You will accurately record inspection results, follow QC procedures, and support documentation for quality control records.
Responsibilities- Inspect cable harness assemblies and E boxes to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform continuity tests, insulation tests, and visual inspections to verify product integrity
- Accurately record inspection results and maintain QC documentation according to established procedures
- Follow test procedures consistently to support quality assurance processes
- Support the preparation and maintenance of basic documentation for QC records to ensure traceability
- Maintain focus and attention to detail during repetitive inspection tasks to ensure consistent quality
- Experience in quality control or cable harness fabrication
- Knowledge of ISO or IPC 620 standards
- Patience and meticulousness in performing inspection tasks
- Willingness to undergo training provided for the role
