Senior Manager / Manager, Strategic HR Business Partnership
The People Team is Changi Airport Group's (CAG) human resource function and our mission is to attract and retain talents, build future ready capabilities and create an inspiring workplace. As a Strategic Business Partner, you are the frontline partner to our CAG colleagues for all people matters, and will work alongside our people managers to implement policies, sustain employee engagement and to help shape initiatives that will make a positive difference to the workforce. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Business Partnership, the successful applicant will:
- Drive strategic HR partnership across a portfolio of business accounts, serving as the primary HR advisor to business leaders on people strategies, policies and organisation development initiatives.
- Take charge of workforce transformation initiatives by partnering the business to design and implement organisational change programs driven by future of work strategies, capability building, digital transformation and more.
- Facilitate people dialogues on critical talent decisions, performance management, leadership development, and organisational health metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Co-create innovative HR solutions by collaborating with internal HR stakeholders and business leaders to design people interventions that drive measurable business outcomes and align with Changi Airport Group's strategic priorities.
- A good Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience in HR, preferably as a HR business partner.
- Proven track record in leading workforce transformation and large-scale change management initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into people strategies, utilising HR analytics and metrics to drive decision-making and influence senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and consulting skills, with demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence across all employee levels.
- Strong verbal and written communications as well as facilitation skills.
- Highly agile and adaptable to respond and perform in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing.
