Choa Chu Kang - Operations Executive (Marine Industry)

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operational activities (mainly marine ship supply).
• Liaise with ship captains, agents, port authorities, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and operation.
• Manage documentation for vessel / container port supplies.
• Track and update vessel schedules to align supply chain activities with arrival and departure times.
• Coordinating with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely departure.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, health & safety standards, and company operational policies.
• Handle operational issues or last-minute changes efficiently, providing timely solutions to customers.
• Good multi-tasking ability and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Able to manage work in a dynamic work environment with good attention to details.

Requirements:

• Diploma / NITEC in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business, or related field.
• Experience in ship supply, logistics, or port operations preferred.
• Willing to work flexible hours and be on standby (when required).

Working Hours:

• 5.5 days work profile
