Sengkang - IT Infrastructure Support Engineer

• Proactively monitor and maintain the company's servers, networks, and IT systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime
• Respond to and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner
• Perform regular system backups, software updates, and security patches to safeguard the company's data and systems
• Collaborate with the IT team to design, implement, and optimize IT infrastructure solutions
• Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the company's IT systems
• Contribute to the development and documentation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support or infrastructure role, preferably in the IT & Communications industry
• Strong technical expertise in managing and troubleshooting Windows servers, networking, and security technologies
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Proficient in monitoring tools, backup and recovery solutions, and change management processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Relevant certifications in IT (e.g., MCSA, CCNA) are highly desirable
