Tech Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll provide exceptional service, resolve queries, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Handle minor administrative tasks and media-related work
• Contribute to sales growth through upselling and cross-selling

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, and social media)
• Mild sales experience preferred (but not essential)
• Tech & Computer knowledge will be a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
