Customer Service Associate (Service Centre) - 1 Year Contract

Location: Raffles Place / Paya Lebar
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

Salary: $2,800 – $4,000/monthly + 1 month Completion Bonus

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to support policyholders and Financial Representatives on insurance policy-related matters. This is a customer-facing role suitable for those who are service-oriented.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to walk-in policyholders’ and Financial Representatives’ enquiries and requests on Life & General Insurance policies within the stipulated turnaround time
  • Follow up promptly on unresolved counter enquiries and ensure proper resolution
  • Handle appeals, feedback, and minor complaints professionally
  • Deliver excellent customer service experience across all touchpoints
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints with proper closure within operational timelines
  • Ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements, while identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Stay updated on industry trends, compliance requirements, and operational risks
  • Support various touchpoints including Digital Communications and Call Centre when required
  • May be rotated across different Service Centres (Raffles & Paya Lebar)
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Section Head

Requirements:

  • Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Able to manage customer concerns calmly and professionally
  • Comfortable handling walk-in customers in a fast-paced environment
