Business Analyst

As a business analyst, you need to:

• Drive product outcomes by delivering actionable insights.
• Conduct market analyses to identify problem space and opportunity size.
• Evaluate existing solutions to identify unique opportunities or areas of synergies.
• Conduct user interviews and gather insights to inform the formulation of the problem statement.
• Define key success factors, identify relevant metrics, and build dashboards to track metrics.
• Analyze results post-release to identify areas of improvement.
• Analyze the impact of requested changes and assess the reasonableness of resource requirements.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

As a business analyst, you need to have the following:

• Proven record of collecting and synthesizing data to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
• End-to-end experience working with product teams to build products.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Computer science or product management-related degrees or diplomas are a plus
