Position 1: Brand Ambassador
Role Overview:Be the face of Anytime Fitness! Promote our gym, engage the local community, and drive membership growth through events, outreach, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent the gym at events, promotions, and online channels
- Engage potential members and answer inquiries
- Build relationships within the community and with local partners
- Collect feedback to help improve the member experience
- Outgoing, energetic, and personable
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Comfortable promoting services publicly and online
- Motivated and sales-oriented
Position 2: Personal Trainer
Role Overview:Help our members achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs, guidance, and motivation. Deliver safe and effective workouts while inspiring a healthy lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct personalized training sessions for all fitness levels
- Track member progress and provide exercise & nutrition advice
- Ensure safe use of equipment and maintain a clean environment
- Stay updated on fitness trends and certifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, or equivalent)
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Professional, reliable, and independent
