Looking for a part-time admin to handle administrative work such as scheduling appointments, organising and managing logistics!
Role & Responsibilities:
- Organise and manage client documents and records
- Prepare and track forms and admin checklists
- Schedule appointments and send reminders
- Support basic admin tasks (uploads, lists, logistics)
Requirements:
- Residing in Singapore
- Must be Singaporean/SGPR
- Minimum Singapore Diploma / A-Level (Overseas degree holders welcome)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Able to work independently
- Willingness to learn; admin experience preferred but not required
