AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF) to anchor deep national capabilities in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The programme office is hosted by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and brings together all Singapore-based research institutions and the vibrant ecosystem of AI start-ups and companies developing AI products to perform use-inspired research, grow the knowledge, create the tools, and develop the talent to power Singapore's AI efforts.
AI Singapore is sourcing for an experienced individual to join the LearnAI team as a Senior Executive. The Senior Executive will organize and coordinate programmes. The ideal candidate will be an excellent multi-tasker and will have experience in working with cross-functional teams to produce results promptly.The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcomes to our organization.
Duties & Responsibilities- Strategically design, implement, and oversee a portfolio of interrelated projects aligned with organisational objectives
- Define and execute effective implementation strategies, ensuring timely and quality delivery of outcomes
- Drive end-to-end program planning including budgeting, resource allocation, and milestone management
- Lead risk assessment and change management processes to proactively resolve issues and ensure program resilience
- Manage internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and accountability
- Monitor program performance using KPIs and impact metrics to optimise outcomes and maximise return on investment
- Provide timely and strategic updates to senior leadership through reports, dashboards, and executive briefings
- Strong expertise in program management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Basecamp, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms)
- Solid understanding of performance evaluation frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and change management principles
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are a plus
