Production Technician
About the role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Technician to join our team at intuitno home ptd ltd' in Toa Payoh, Central Region. This full-time position is crucial in supporting our manufacturing operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our products.
What you'll be doing- Operate and maintain production equipment, jig & fixture or machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality
- Perform routine checks, troubleshoot issues, and carry out preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Assist in the assembly and processing of products according to established procedures and quality standards
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the assembly and process work industry
- Technical aptitude and the ability to operate and maintain production equipment and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Good communication and documentation skills
