ICU Staff Nurse ( ICU Trained - Private Hospital ) #HYT - Bukit Merah

Position: Full-Time, Rotating Shifts (3 Shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and continuous nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs and administer prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining high standards of clinical care.
• Document and report patient progress accurately.
• Participate in rotating 3-shift schedule (morning, evening, and night shifts).

Requirements:

• Valid nursing registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• ICU-trained with relevant experience in an ICU setting.
• Strong clinical skills, ability to make quick decisions in critical situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care with attention to detail.
