What you'll be doing- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive first impression of the practice
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, managing the clinic's calendar effectively
- Assist dentists during procedures, providing chairside support
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure the clinic is well-stocked with necessary dental supplies and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries and concerns
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Previous experience as a dental assistant or in a similar healthcare/customer service role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle the demands of a busy dental practice
- Genuine interest in the dental field and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
