Toa Payoh - Baking assistant (part-time)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time baking studio assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing class attendance, assisting learners, and preparing ingredients for baking classes. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a passion for baking, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Job Description:

• Take and record attendance for all baking classes.
• Attend to the needs of learners, providing assistance and guidance.
• Prepare and organize ingredients before each class, ensuring all necessary items are available and measured correctly.
• Assist in setting up the classroom, including arranging baking tools and equipment.
• Clean and maintain the studio after class, ensuring a tidy and safe environment.
• Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, notifying the supervisor when stock requires replenishment.
• Provide excellent customer service to learners, answering questions and addressing any concerns.

Requirements:

• Minimum O' Levels qualification.
• Strong organisation and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on roster, including weekends and public holiday when required.
