Sales Executive (Premise Licensing)
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
Salary: Up to $3000 + commission
Our client is a consultancy firm specialising in licence application and regulatory compliance services for business premises. They are looking for a Sales executive to join their team.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities. Acting as the key point of contact, you will engage clients, understand their licensing needs, and recommend suitable solutions from their suite of services.
You will play a key role in the full sales cycle—from lead generation and client engagement to proposal development and deal closure—while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service and maintain strong client relationships.
This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys meeting clients, and is motivated to achieve sales targets. You should be confident in handling client interactions, analysing customer needs, and turning opportunities into successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Source, engage, and develop new business opportunities
- Promote and sell licence application and consultancy services
- Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Handle enquiries, prepare proposals/quotations, and manage contracts
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Keep up with market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Travel to client sites for meetings and business development activities
- Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities Management or related discipline.
- Candidates with no experience but are willing to learn are welcome to apply
- Proven experience in sales or business development will be an advantage
- Familiarity with URA/ HDB/ SCDF/ SFA guidelines, codes and regulations will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, resourceful, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Team-oriented with a customer-focused approach
