The organization is a global logistics company with more than a decade of presence in Singapore. The company is expanding and looking for a customer service coordinator to provide operational support, including processing daily customer data/shipments and overseeing consignment logistics (material handling, warehousing, compliance).This individual ensures inventory accuracy and carries out safe and efficient operations in accordance with company policies and procedures. He/she coordinates with both external stakeholders and internal teams to implement seamless operations and an excellent customer experience.
Job Responsibilities- Provide customer support via phone and email.
- Prepare shipping, import, and export documentation in accordance with SOPs and process invoicing upon shipment completion.
- Monitor and ensure timely customs clearance and delivery of shipments.
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met for all inbound and outbound activities.
- Coordinate warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.
- Perform general housekeeping duties.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

- Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-moving environment
