• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, KPIs, stock levels, margins, and customer behavior; create dashboards and reports for management.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, propose automation, document workflows, and implement new tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Inventory & Demand Management: Forecast product demand, manage stock allocation, analyze aging stock, and support product launches.
• Sales & Marketing Support: Analyze sales tactics, support promotions, assist with brand ambassador rostering, and provide data for marketing strategies.
• Vendor & Partner Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
• Strategic Support: Conduct market research, provide insights for business planning, and support new store openings/closings.

• Education: Master's degree in Business.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Anaplan.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, business acumen, and attention to detail.
• Experience: Prior experience in retail, wholesale, or luxury goods is often preferred.
