Procurement manager (poultry / fresh)

We are working exclusively with a leading food solutions distributor, to seek for a Procurement Manager. In this role, you'll drive supplier partnerships, optimise category performance, and ensure product availability to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Location - West Region of Singapore.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, reliable stock allocation, and early access to new products and market opportunities.
• Negotiate cost and commercial terms to achieve the best overall value and long-term partnership benefits.
• Oversee purchasing and inventory planning to ensure consistent supply, minimise slow-moving or obsolete stock, and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyse market trends and pricing drivers to inform strategic decisions and category positioning.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development team to curate and grow a winning product assortment that meets customer needs and drive sales.
• Lead the development of private label and innovation initiatives to expand product offerings and strengthen competitive advantage.

• Prior procurement experience in fresh produce/poultry related products, or fmch industry.
• Willing to travel to the west of Singapore.
