Key Responsibilities

Prioritize and execute training and deploy tools, principles and processes that eliminates waste using six sigma or lean approach
Work closely with the relevant departments such as QA and Procurement to implement manufacturing improvement programs and resolve problems
To control and manage production processes and ensure that the schedule is met
To inculcate a quality mindset among assembly staff to meet or exceed customers’ expectations of quality in assembled products
Identify training requirements to build a flexible workforce and strengthen production capability
Carry out duties in accordance to with Quality policy, ISO standards, EHS control procedures and WIS

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing/production with supervisory role
Experience in precision manufacturing industry is a plus
Good knowledge of SAP system
Proficient in MS Office
Good knowledge of CNC machine operations
Organizational and leadership abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experienced in leading a team and able to work under stress
