Assistant Production Supervisor | Rifle Range | Up to $3500 + Bonus | #9398

• Location: Rifle Range
• Working Hours: 7 AM – 3 PM, 3 PM – 11 PM, and 11 PM – 7 AM shifts
• Salary: Up to $3500 + Completion Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs system integration and testing according to work instruction/procedure and test plan.
• Performs all duties in a safe manner and keeps all employees aware of dangers in work area.
• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to production schedules.
• Lead and mentor a team of production assemblers and test operators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of productivity, quality, and safety.
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
• Manage production stores inventory.
• Track and analyze production metrics, such as yield, and cycle time, and take appropriate actions to achieve performance targets.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.
• Practices good housekeeping at all times in the work area.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering/manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-3 years managing production staff and processes, includes supervising, planning, and directing production to produce quality products.
• Ability to train and motivate line employees to achieve production goals.
• Proficient in MS office.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software systems, such as manufacturing execution systems (MES).
