Job Description

EP-TEC Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology and deployment projects. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily project activities and schedules
Liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
Monitor project timelines, progress, and deliverables
Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
Assist in procurement, delivery coordination, and resource planning
Track project inventory, equipment deployment, and site requirements
Support onsite project implementation when required
Ensure proper follow-up on project issues and action items
Maintain accurate records of project status and updates
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

Relevant experience in project coordination or administration preferred
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and under tight timelines
Experience coordinating IT or AV-related projects will be an advantage

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
