We’re looking for a sharp, proactive HR & Office Administrator to join us at our Singapore Head Office and become a vital part of how we operate, support our people, and grow the brand.

This isn’t a desk-bound admin role. It’s a varied, hands-on position where no two days look the same and where the right person will gain real exposure to HR, operations, and senior leadership in one of Asia’s most iconic hospitality groups.

The Role

You’ll provide administrative and operational support to our CEO, HR department, and wider management team playing a key part in the smooth running of both office and people functions. From HR coordination and onboarding to travel arrangements, uniform management, office supplies, and ad hoc projects, this role keeps the engine running behind the scenes.

You’ll also liaise with operational departments including Reservations. If you love variety, take pride in being organised, and want valuable exposure to HR and hospitality operations, this could be the perfect fit.

You're the One We're Looking For If You...
  • Have 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, office administration, or a similar support role
  • Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive — you spot what needs doing before being asked
  • Can juggle multiple priorities calmly in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate warmly and professionally with people at every level
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Are confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bring a hands-on, can-do attitude and genuinely enjoy variety in your day
  • Have hospitality industry experience (a plus, but not essential)
