Key Relationship Manager

- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the point of contact for all matters concerning the assigned key account, from strategic discussions to operational queries.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders on the client side, including C-level executives.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess satisfaction, present performance metrics, and identify new opportunities.
- Service Delivery & Coordination
- Serve as the central liaison between the customer and internal teams (e.g. Corporate Admin & HR, Finance, Inventory & Warehouse)
- Proactively monitor service performance against the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Work cross-functionally to ensure all client requirements and expectations are clearly communicated and met by the internal teams.
- Dispute Resolution & Mediation
- Act as the primary mediator in the event of any disputes or escalations between the client and the company.
- Investigate issues thoroughly, coordinate with relevant internal departments to identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions.
- Manage the situation with professionalism and diplomacy to deescalate conflict and preserve the business relationship.
- Reporting and Communication
- Provide regular internal reports on account health, potential risks, and upcoming opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and action plans.
