Job Description:

• Responding on enquiries from customer & processing pricing estimates/quotations.
• Co-ordinate, negotiate & data gathering for the quote preparation.
• Price reviewing.
• Budgeting and analysing.
• Assists in preparing, analysing customers and suppliers’ forecast actual demands, etc.
• Support in monthly reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Holder who possess the following skills:

1. Teamwork
2. Communication skills
3. Time management and accuracy
4. Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Possess relevant experience in similar field or experience handling shipment arrangements, and coordinating with customers, suppliers and forwarders.
• Hands on experience in issuing quotations is an added advantage but not necessary
