We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Service Engineer to join our technical service team. You will play a key role in maintaining and supporting electrical and IT systems in demanding operational environments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network, security systems, servers, UPS, and other critical infrastructure.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
• Accurately document service activities and maintenance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in supporting network systems, cybersecurity, server infrastructure, UPS, or similar mission-critical systems.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Able to read and understand system and architecture diagrams.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends or public holidays when required.
