Blockonomics is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This full-time position will play a crucial role in providing high-quality technical support and solving complex IT issues for our diverse client base.

• Respond to and resolve technical support inquiries from customers through ticketing system
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems, providing effective and efficient solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and resolution of technical issues
• Document technical processes, procedures, and solutions to improve knowledge management and training
• Continuously improve customer service by identifying and implementing process improvements
• Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of our products and services
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the IT support industry

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality customer service
• Hands-on experience with a range of networking, software, and operating systems
• Knowledge of IT best practices, ticketing systems, and remote support tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with evolving technology
