IT Project Manager (Software)

We are seeking a IT Project Manager to lead and oversee digital project activities from initiation to completion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Develop project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (including IT, engineering, functional and data science), ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Track and report project performance, highlighting risks, roadblocks, and progress.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure requirements are met.
• Maintain project documentation and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams.
• Work together with the Singapore Digital Solutions Manager in managing the delivery team and maintaining the relationship with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects (Project Management experience), with at least 3 years delivery software solutions.
• Basic knowledge on tech stack such as Angular, .net and C#
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• • Rigorous and diligent.
• Team player able to get the best of the team and foster a positive working culture.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
• Experience working on government projects.
