About the Company

We are a rapidly growing biotechnology company supporting the healthcare and life sciences sector through innovative scientific and commercial solutions. With an expanding regional footprint and strong partnerships across Asia, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive commercial growth and lead strategic sales initiatives.

This is a confidential leadership search for a commercially focused individual with strong industry experience and a proven ability to scale business performance within the biotechnology and life sciences space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth objectives
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and commercial excellence
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across healthcare, laboratory, research, and industrial sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, principals, distributors, and stakeholders
  • Drive expansion into new markets and customer segments across Singapore and regional territories
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including operations, customer support, regulatory, and leadership teams
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, budgeting, and reporting functions
  • Represent the company at industry meetings, conferences, and commercial engagements where required
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 8–10 years of sales leadership experience within biotechnology, healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences industries
  • Strong track record in achieving commercial targets and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Experience managing key accounts, strategic partnerships, and regional growth initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and commercial planning capabilities
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of operating in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Regional exposure within Southeast Asia is advantageous
