Job Responsibilities: -

Conduct security screening of incoming and outgoing vehicles and personnel at the main gate
Register visitors, perform identity checks, and manage pass issuance and exchange
Verify delivery orders, gate passes, and supporting documents to prevent unauthorised removal of materials, equipment, or assets.
Operate gates, doors, and security barriers; control entry and exit points, including supervision of car parks
Perform routine and ad-hoc patrols of the premises to safeguard property and ensure a secure environment.
Monitor CCTV systems and respond to fire alarms and security emergencies
Liaise with emergency services (e.g. SCDF, SPF) when required and provide necessary assistance during incidents.
Prepare clear, accurate, and timely incident reports, occurrence reports, and daily security logs.
Participate in security briefings, drills, and training exercises to maintain operational readiness.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirements: -

Valid Security Officer License (PLRD with clearance)
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant security experience, preferably in logistics, warehouse, or corporate environments
Role requires regular foot patrols, prolonged standing, and the ability to respond effectively during emergency situations
Able to communicate effectively in English and prepare basic written reports
PC literate (e.g., email, visitor management systems) and familiar with CCTV monitoring
Willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts (day & night), including weekends and public holidays
