Production Engineer (Chemical) @Tuas

Manage daily production processes to meet quality and output targets.
Preventive/corrective maintenance, troubleshoot and cover absence of operators
Optimize workflows to improve efficiency & involve in equipment setup, operation & maintenance etc.
Operate production machinery, inspections, calibration, and adjustments on machinery..
Monitor production parameters and adjust settings to maintain product qualityand efficiency.
Document production activities, corrective actions, and analyze production data to identify trends .
Prepare daily/weekly production performance reports, and ecording of production metrics.
Identify recurring issues & recommend solutions, and support training programs for operators
Ensure safe operation of equipment and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Propose innovative ideas for cost savings and productivity improvements.
Degree in Chemical with 3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in the adhesive, paint, and chemical industry is preferred.
