- Weekend support | Wed - Sun: 7am - 3pm OR 3pm - 11pm
- Working Location: East
- WFH on Saturday & Sunday
Job Responsibilities:
- Create demand forecasts and plan production accordingly
- Coordinate with Project Leaders, and Production Supervisors to prioritize work based on delivery deadlines
- Plan and manage materials needed for production, including BOM updates and design changes
- Confirm orders based on material availability and production capacity
- Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure timely material deliveries and avoid excess inventory
- Monitor material supply to ensure smooth production flow
- Prepare regular reports such as E&O (Excess & Obsolete) and quarterly Buy-down claims
- Ensure production orders are closed on time for billing and invoicing purposes
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
- Solid analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Experience with SAP or MRP systems will be an advantage
