AVP Marketing Support Officer – Job Specification
Position Overview
The AVP Marketing Support Officer plays a pivotal role within the Global Airline Marketing Team, delivering critical analytical and operational support to ensure the effective execution of the team’s strategic objectives. Based in Singapore, this position primarily serves customers across the APAC region and reports directly to the EVP of Airline Marketing, APAC.The AM team’s responsibilities span multiple time zones and so flexibility in working hours and occasional travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Relationship Managers (RMs) to help manage deals through internal systems.
- Coordinate transactions between the various deal team members.
- Support the RMs in the placement of owned and serviced aircraft within the company’s fleet.
- Prepare draft Letters of Intent, Deal Summaries and Business Approval papers.
- Production of management information and marketing presentations for internal and external distribution.
- Provide high-quality, timely analysis and reporting to assist the deal team throughout transaction lifecycles.
- Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing within the deal team and across business units.
- Drive efficiency with internal processes.
- Assistance with the coordination and management of customer events.
- General ad-hoc duties that may arise from time to time to support the (Airline Marketing) AM team.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical abilities, including the capacity to interpret and leverage data in support of business decisions.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an aptitude for collaborating across diverse teams and time zones.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (such as Power BI), report building, and advanced data analysis is an advantage, though not essential.
- Proactive, flexible approach to supporting colleagues and airline accounts in various regions.
- Excellent Excel, Power Point, Word skills.

The Global Airline Marketing Team is responsible for:
- Managing the placement of owned and serviced aircraft.
- Managing the placement of AC’s orderbook positions with airlines.
- Sourcing sale and leaseback investment opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with airlines and OEMs.
- Thorough understanding of the external aircraft leasing market.
