Job summary:

• Wednesday: Morning
• Thursday: Morning
• Friday: Morning
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Working rights required for this role
• Expected salary: $1,600 per month
• This role is an urgent hire

Responsibilities:

• Clearing of the rubbish bin.
• Cleaning of the workstation & chair.
• Cleaning of the meeting room, the director's room, and the phone booth.
• Vacuum & clean the floor
• Weekly cleaning for glass panels and the door.

• Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, doors, handles, and cabinets.
• Clean and polish mirrors, removing stains and watermarks.
• Weekly cleaning of the ventilation fans in the office and the toilet.

• Wipe and clean the coffee machine, microwave, fridge, and air fryer.
• Wash and disinfect the sink and faucet.
• Clear expired food and employee-provided food from the fridge to ensure food safety.
• Clean the exterior and dispensing area of the water cooler.
• Clearing of the rubbish bin.

Requirements:

• Experience in office, home cleaning, or housekeeping.
• Reliable, punctual, and can-do attitude.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of cleanliness and attention to hygiene.
• Able to speak & understand basic English & Chinese.
• Singaporean & PR only.

What We Offer:

• Medical Benefits: SGD 150 per calendar year
• Annual Leave: 10 Days per calendar year
• Medical Leave: 14 Days per calendar year
• Public Holiday: Closed
• Working Schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 1 pm (Inclusive of 30-minute lunch break)
• Working location: Sims Drive ( 2 Office Units)
