- Install, upgrade, and maintain state-of-the-art sputter systems.
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely completion within stipulated schedules.
- Actively participate in technical meetings and discussions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve both mechanical and electrical issues.
- Generate comprehensive reports, including daily updates, issue logs, and Closed Loop Corrective Actions (CLCA).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Software, Process, Launch, Maintenance, and Equipment Development Engineering.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers and technicians.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance system performance and refine working protocols.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field, with at least 5 years of pertinent experience.
- Proven experience in installing and maintaining high vacuum CVD/PVD systems in a cleanroom environment.
- Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities.
- Knowledge of Thin Film, PVD, CVD, Etch, Ion Beam, Ion Implantation, and Ultra-High Vacuum tools is a plus.
