Job Description:
➤Assist the Operations manager to supervise, co-ordinate with all departments (Production and Warehousing Departments) to ensure all shipments are on time and in good order.➤Ensure that all staff adhere strictly to Safe Work Procedures and conform to all legal regulatory obligations and corporate policies.
➤Assign tasks, monitor performance and provide continual improvement initiatives.
➤Ensure that the 5S is conducted on daily basis.
➤Support training and onboarding of new warehouse staff.
➤Monitor equipment usage and co-ordinate the servicing of machines.
➤Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Operations Manager.
Job Requirements:
➤At least 5-10 years of experience in the warehouse(Freight forwarding, logistics)➤Diploma or Degree holder in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management will be preferred
➤Must be Hands On and demonstrate Leadership skills and Project management skills
➤Experience of Management or team leader
