Operations Executive – LPG & Ammonia Tankers

We’re looking for an Operations Executive with hands-on experience managing LPG and Ammonia vessels. You’ll play a key role in supporting spot and time charter operations, ensuring compliance with Charter Party terms, and managing full voyage execution from pre-fixture to post-fixture stages.

• What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate vessel operations from pre- to post-fixture (incl. voyage orders, LOIs, Q88s)
• Liaise with charterers, brokers, agents, and internal stakeholders
• Handle voyage documentation, claims, demurrage, and billing
• Monitor vessel movements, trade certificates, and compliance systems
• Ensure smooth execution of spot and time charter voyages
• Requirements:
• Mandatory experience with LPG and Ammonia vessels
• 1–2 years in a similar tanker operations role (sailing experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with operations software (e.g., IMOS)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple voyages
