Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
- Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Salary : Up to $6,000
- Performance Bonus
- Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership (reporting to CFO)
- Exposure to a multinational work environment
- Prepare and support financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare management reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with regional stakeholders and support reporting requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting
- Experience in FMCG or retail industry is advantageous
- Involves regular communication with regional stakeholders; candidates with the ability to communicate in Korean (spoken and written) will be able to perform the role more effectively
- Proficiency in SAP is preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tight timelines
- May be required to support time-sensitive or ad-hoc reporting requests
