The Role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to lead outreach and client acquisition for Haloed Business, our recruiting solution tailored for SMEs.
You will be responsible for identifying leads, engaging decision-makers, conducting product demos, closing deals, and providing customer feedback to inform future iterations of our product and go-to-market strategy.
This is a commission-only position. It is ideal for an entrepreneurial, self-driven sales professional who thrives on autonomy and is excited to grow with an early-stage, high-potential product.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage SME clients, including HR decision‑makers, startup founders and business owners
- Conduct product demos virtually or in person
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing subscription deals
- Report client feedback to the founding team to support product and sales refinement
- Collaborate closely with the founding team on sales strategy, messaging, and customer targeting
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet agreed sales targets
- Proven experience in B2B or SaaS sales, especially within the SME segment
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Ability to operate independently and drive results without fixed compensation (commission-only structure)
- Based in Singapore, with flexibility to meet clients or conduct remote demos
- Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to contribute to an early-stage business
- Familiarity with HRTech, recruitment platforms, or related software is a plus
- Commission-based earning model tied directly to performance
