Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets and drive growth in outsourced business services.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with potential clients, partners, and existing customers to foster long-term collaborations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and strategic positioning.
• Understand customer needs accurately and provide timely support and effective solutions to the team.
• Lead and coordinate the team to meet or exceed sales targets, offering necessary training, guidance, and motivation.
• Ensure business operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, while continuously optimizing processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and submit regular business reports covering market trends, sales performance, and development plans.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, with proven success in managing outsourced business sales preferred.
• Experience in business development for Vietnam or other Southeast Asian markets will be an advantage, as the role involves collaboration with overseas partners and understanding regional market needs.
• Strong market analysis skills and business acumen, with the ability to anticipate market trends and understand customer requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to coordinate resources effectively and drive business growth.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.
