About the role

The University Relations (UR) Program Manager supports the University Relations function by owning and driving strategic programs, recurring UR operations, planning activities, and cross-functional initiatives across regions. The role focuses on program execution, governance, planning, communication, and continuous improvement in support of intern, co-op, and NCG hiring programs.

What you'll be doing

Strategic & Program Ownership
  • Own and drive UR strategic programs and workstreams, including intern and NCG initiatives.
  • Support annual UR strategy refresh, long-range planning, and evaluation of the UR resource model.
  • Act as a thought partner on long-term UR program improvements.
Program & Project Management
  • Lead global and regional UR projects, including recurring run-the-business activities.
  • Manage scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies across UR initiatives.
  • Engage recruiters, UR leads, and regional partners on strategic project workstreams.
Operational Excellence & Governance
  • Document and standardize UR hiring, conversion, onboarding, and recruiting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with UR standards, policies, and operating models.
  • Identify and drive process improvements to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
Communication, Planning & Reporting
  • Develop and deliver UR communications, including scorecards, newsletters, and leadership updates.
  • Support UR Steering Committee and leadership reporting.
  • Improve planning cadence, transparency, and change management across UR.
Financial & Resource Tracking
  • Support UR budget tracking and refresh activities.
  • Assist with headcount planning and resource allocation in partnership with UR leadership.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner with Recruiting, TA Ops, HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders.
  • Enable recruiters and UR leads by providing structure, data, and program support.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in university relations, campus recruiting, or talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships with universities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong project management and event planning skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to measure the impact of university relations initiatives
  • Knowledge of the technology industry and a passion for identifying and nurturing top talent
