Role Overview
As Vice President – Data Analytics & Processing, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, governance, and commercial growth of our data-driven offerings. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, foster data innovation, and ensure high-impact outcomes for both the business and our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement the company’s overarching data analytics and processing strategy
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable analytics platforms, including big data pipelines, AI/ML models, and real-time insights engines
- Oversee data governance, privacy, compliance, and ethical AI practices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to translate business goals into data-driven initiatives
- Build and mentor high-performing teams in data engineering, science, and analytics
- Explore emerging technologies and partnerships to maintain a competitive edge
- Represent the organization in industry events, client briefings, and technology alliances
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration or related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in data analytics, data processing, or related ICT domains
- Strong technical background in data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake), AI/ML, and cloud-native data infrastructure
- Deep understanding of data monetization, compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and operationalization of analytics
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing diverse teams and complex programs in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment
