About the role

We are expanding our team at Nirvana Memorial Garden Singapore | Zenbox. This is a consultative sales role focused on helping individuals and families plan ahead—so they can protect their loved ones and reduce stress in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct consultative appointments (face-to-face/online) to understand client needs
Educate clients on preplanning options (e.g., niches, ancestral tablets, funeral planning)
Provide professional recommendations with empathy and clarity
Follow up on enquiries/leads and manage your own client pipeline
Participate in training, coaching, and team development sessions
Maintain proper documentation and ensure ethical, compliant selling

Requirements

Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable with sales targets
Strong communication and people skills; able to build trust
Willingness to learn, be coached, and follow a proven sales system
Prior sales experience is a bonus, but not required (training provided)
Language: Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
