Responsibilities:

Manage OSS team and manage all global & local IT Infrastructure activities.
Collaborate with departments and site managers to meet company goals.
Supervise, train, and develop team members.
Support budgeting and cost control for IT Infrastructure.
Ensure systems run efficiently and are well-maintained.
Align local IT priorities with global strategies.
Coordinate deployments, system support, and life cycle management.
Work with business units to set priorities and optimize resources.
Establish best practices and procedures for the team.

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (MS/BS).
At least 6 years of IT Infrastructure experience.
Strong in communication, documentation, and teamwork.
Solid knowledge of LINUX (SuSE), Windows, and WAN/LAN.
Skilled in project and vendor management, with experience in e-commerce projects.
