Operations Assistant Job

Someone who is be able to juggle multiple tasks with good administrative skills.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
  • Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
  • Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
  • Administrative Duties
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Updating logs and order forms.
  • At least more than one year experience in a similar role preferably in logistics support and administration.
  • Written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to learn.
