QA Executive (Warehousing - Inventory Management)

Our Client:

• Mon to Fri, Office Hours
• Greenwich Drive
• UP $5000 Basic + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Manage team to perform inventory storage movements accurately upon receiving customer requests
• Manage quarantine stock to ensure it's blocked in the warehouse on time and not released for shipment and coordinate follow-up actions for quarantine, damaged stock, and returned stock
• Have a good understanding of the damage catalogue and provide effective guidance to operations
• Review all 8D reports and CAPA raised by the responsible functions to ensure all actions are implemented and properly closed in the quality system
• Report blocked and quarantine stock to the customer monthly and monitor compliance with internal WIs, customer requirements, and relevant regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of inventory quality assurance experience in logistics industry (3PL / warehousing is preferred)
• Possess quality assurance, audits, SOP compliance, and standards (e.g. IS9001) knowledge and understanding of logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations
• Proficient in data analysis with usage of VBA / Power BI
• Singaporeans only
